Become Our Patient
We operate the Student-Run Free Clinic at the facilities of The Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland. Our mission is to provide health care to an underserved population in Cleveland and we do our best to help as many patients as possible.
What We Offer
At the Student-Run Free Clinic of Case Western Reserve University, we offer treatment for acute complaints and basic services, such as:
- Cold or flu symptoms (ear ache, headache, sore throat, cough),
- Urinary tract infection,
- Pregnancy testing,
- Sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and counseling,
- Work or school physicals/wellness exams
At this time we are unable to serve patients with chronic-care issues like diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease. If you have questions about our services, please email us at email@example.com.
How to Become a Patient
We are a walk-in clinic. To become our patient, simply come to the Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland at or before 9 a.m. on one of our days of operation. We will be open on the first and third Saturday of each month.
Please contact our clinical coordinators at firstname.lastname@example.org with any further questions about becoming a patient at the Student-Run Free Clinic.
